Screen Printing

Pacific Paradise Apparel performs screen printing in-house, in order to offer high quality and affordable options for our customers, with very quick turn-around, in as little as just a few days. We have an automated screen printing press with up to 10 color capability, depending on the garment/print. 

Some things to note:

There are many variables that can affect pricing from order to order.

(24) Piece minimum for screen printing (less than 24 will be DTG printed).

Screen print orders with more than (4) colors (including white underbase) will have a (100) piece minimum.

Additional charges may apply for unusual print locations, individual bagging, hard to print garments, certain fabrics, etc.

Additional charges may apply to create artwork, re-work poor quality customer artwork, etc. Artwork charge $50 per hour.

We will try to meet or beat any reasonable, local, legitimate price. Give us a chance to be your T-Shirt printer!

Typical turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks, but can take 2-3 weeks during busy times. Orders are scheduled by the week, not the day. If you need your items by a certain date, please let us know when we are quoting your order.

We keep black and white t-shirts in stock in 3 different styles/price points, and some colors in some styles. We can get any style, size, or color you want but add an additional 3-5 business days.

We ALWAYS try to accommodate rush delivery so just let us know when you need the job and we will see if we can meet your schedule.

Pricing is calculated per color and print location.

All Screen Print order will have a $15 screen fee per color/design.

Prints on colored shirts will likely require a white underbase, which counts as a color.

Custom ink colors/color matching available for $20 per color.

Maximum print size is 15" x 15.5".

Customer supplied garments - We prefer to supply the items to be printed, since we know the printability of the items we typically use. If a customer wishes to supply their own garments we can typically accommodate that but we cannot guarantee the final result, and some garments may be wasted while testing the printability. Allowance of 3% or 3 pieces (whichever is greater) to be accounted for by customer for misprints, either by providing additional garments to cover potential misprints, or accepting lesser quantity at completion. Additional costs for unpacking, sorting, and handling will be applied to orders with customer supplied garments.
