Uploading Files

We accept PNG, TIF, JPG, and PDF file types. Please make sure your image files are high resolution (at least 1,000 pixels wide is ideal). Low resolution photos will not print well. Copies of printed photos and images taken from the internet are typically not high enough resolution for printing.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of custom made items, printed shirts are not returnable, refundable, or exchangable, unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect. Orders cancelled after the mockup has been created, but before the shirt is printed, are subject to a $15 artwork fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been printed.
